1. The Warranty Program shall read this Policy carefully and if any error misdescription be found herein, or if
cover is not in accordance with the wishes of the Warranty Program, advice should at once be given to the
Company and the Policy returned for alteration.
2. Duty if Disclosure-if you fail to disclose to us fully and faithfully, all of which you know or ought to know, or
if you misrepresented any facts to us before Policy was entered into, we may void this Policy. You must
observe and fulfil the Terms & Conditions Warranty Program of the Policy.
3. Any changes in the information given must be reported to the Company immediately otherwise the
Company may resume the right to decline all liability.
TERMS
Eligibility
Age of vehicle from the year of make which are 15 years & below.
Warranty Period
1 year and unlimited mileage
Claim Limit
a) RM 5,000 per claim and RM 30,000 in aggregate per vehicle.
b) Vehicle above 11 years maximum 75% claim limit in total invoice and shall not exceed RM5,000.
Cancellation
Once this program is activated, it has no refundable value non transferable
Cooling Period
There is a 30 days cooling-off period from the date of commencement. Claims can be made after this
period.
SERVICING / MAINTENANCE INTERVAL REQUIREMENT
Applies to each every make(s) and model(s)
The vehicle must be serviced at open service workshops.
The vehicle must be serviced 500 kms either side of service mileage or 10 days either side of due date to
maintain the validity of your warranty.
Please keep all service invoices at these may be required when a claim.

During the period cover, only the Mechanical and Electrical Components and the associated labor to replace /
repair relating to the following items are covered.

Glass of Any Description and drive belt adjustment
Tyre Engine tuning and the such
Batteries The replacement of normal service and
Hoses of Any Description maintenance items such as lubricants and
Radiator, Condenser and Cooling Coil fluids, filters,spark plugs, drive belts, brake
