Dear Sir/Mam,

The Government of India has enacted the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises
Development Act, 2006 (the “MSME Act”) w.e.f. October 2, 2006. In this regard, you
are requested to confirm:

a. Whether your organization is registered under the MSME Act? (Please also reply
even if your organization is not registered under MSME Act)
b. If your organization is registered under the MSME Act, please specify the
category i.e., Micro Enterprise, Small Enterprise or Medium Enterprise under
which it is registered and request you to kindly send a copy of your registration
certificate on reply to this mail immediately.
c. Please confirm that the agreed payment timelines for supply of goods/services
from you is 90 days from the date of receipt of goods/services or raising of
invoice, whichever is later.

In the absence of any reply from your goodself within 5 days from this mail, we will
believe that your organization is not a Supplier under section 2(n) of the MSME Act
and there will be no liability on us under the MSME Act for all material supplied and /
or services rendered by you to us.
In case your organization obtains registration on a subsequent date under the MSME
Act, please provide us a copy of registration certificate immediately upon registration.
