I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my intent to apply for the part-time
instructor position at Ligao Community College.
Alongside my current roles as Extension and Legal Affairs Coordinator, and Document
Controller, I carry a deep passion for teaching and for nurturing critical thinking, growth, and
curiosity among our students. I believe that my dedication, experience, and genuine commitment
to service make me a strong candidate for this role.
I am pleased to share that I am currently enrolled in a Master’s program at the University of
Saint Anthony (USANT), where I am set to complete twenty-seven (27) units by December
21, 2025. By next year, I will be taking my Thesis Seminar. I remain fully committed to
completing my degree in accordance with CHED requirements. My pursuit of this degree is not
merely for teaching eligibility it is a personal commitment to professional excellence, and to
aligning myself with the standards upheld by the College and by CHED.
As Extension Coordinator, I take great pride in the steady progress of our office. Our extension
project has just successfully completed Phase one, a milestone that reflects our shared
commitment to meaningful, community-centered engagement. I am determined to strengthen our
initiatives further, and to ensure that our programs continue creating lasting impact.
Under Legal Affairs, I have steadily strengthened my skills through hands-on practice, self-
directed learning, and collaboration with colleagues. My work has allowed me to understand
legal processes more clearly and perform my duties with greater confidence and accuracy. I also
hope to further enhance my capabilities as Document Controller by improving our document
management system. I plan to coordinate with an IT programmer to develop a database format
that will streamline our processes, and ensure better organization, accessibility, and record
integrity.
I understand that timely compliance with CHED requirements is significant not only for my own
professional advancement, but also for safeguarding the standards of Ligao Community College.
I am committed to balancing my academic responsibilities with my administrative duties, and,
hopefully, with the opportunity to serve as a part-time instructor.
If given the chance, I intend to submit the necessary credentials by the first week of December to
formally support the details stated in this letter.
