1 Language Thesis should be written in English
2 Paper Size International A4, not less than 75 gsm white paper.
3 Line Spacing 1.5 line spacing
4 Paragraph Spacing Start without any indentation.
5 Alignment All the content should be justified.
6 Pagination At bottom of the page
Beginning with the first page of Chapter-1 (Introduction) to all
pages shall be numbered consecutively using Numerical (i.e. 1,
2, 3…)
From the title page to the page before the chapter 1 starting
page, shall be in lower case roman numerals (i.e. i, ii, iii, …)
No Page number on title page
7 Chapters New chapter on new page
Capitalized the first letter all the words.
8 Font Times New roman
Font size for normal text -12 pt
Bold/ Italic/ Underline should be use for specific purpose only.
9 Tables, Figures and All table, figures and equations are must be numbered with
Equations proper caption. The caption of the figures should be below the
figure and the caption of the tables should be above the figure.
Image should be with proper resolution and optimum aspect
ratio.
All the captions of the figures and tables must be reflected in
index (list of figure and list of tables).
10 Header/Footer No header is required.
Single line footer which mentioned, “Marwadi University,
Rajkot left aligned” and Page number right aligned.
