“And today, we gather not just to witness those sparks—but to light the torch of a new
beginning.”
DREW:
A pleasant morning to everyone, and welcome to our much-awaited General Assembly of the
Department of Education for this academic year. I am Drew Madelene R. Andaya, and together
with my co-host...
JANYURY:
...I am Janyury Panlubasan, and we are honored to be your Masters of Ceremony for today’s
program. We thank you for joining us in this important gathering as we celebrate leadership, unity,
and the bright future of the Educare community.
DREW:
To formally begin our event, let us rise for the singing of our national anthem, to be conducted by
Ms. Mia Flores.
(Flag Ceremony)
JANYURY:
Thank you, Ms. Mia. Now, let us remain standing and be in a spirit of reverence for the Opening
Prayer, to be led by Ms. Floramae Walican.
(Opening Prayer)
DREW:
Thank you, Ms. Walican. Before we formally begin the main segments of our program, it is
essential that we first revisit the standards and expectations that guide our conduct as students of the
College of Mary Immaculate.
JANYURY:
As members of the CMI academic community, it is our shared responsibility to uphold the
institution’s core values and maintain an environment of discipline, respect, and integrity.
DREW:
To lead us in the orientation on the CMI Rules and Regulations, may we respectfully call on Ms.
Iobel Dela Cruz and our EduCare Council Adviser, Ms. Lou Ada Ayende-Esteban .
JANYURY:
Let us welcome them with a warm round of applause.

DREW:
Thank you very much, Ms. Dela Cruz and Ms. Ayende, for that clear and comprehensive
presentation. Your reminders serve as a strong foundation for a more orderly and value-driven
school year.
JANYURY:
May we all take these reminders to heart and reflect them in our daily actions as proud students of
CMI. With that, we shall now proceed to the next part of our program.
DREW:
At this point, we move to a special moment of gratitude and recognition.
JANYURY:
Today, we honor the individuals who stood at the forefront of leadership, who gave their time,
effort, and heart in serving the Educare community with dedication and passion.
DREW:
As a symbol of our appreciation, we will now present them with Certificates of Recognition for
their outstanding service as current Educare Student Council Officers and Class Representatives.
JANYURY:
To assist us in the awarding, may we call on Dr. Matilde F. Zamora & Ms. Lou Ada Ayende-
Esteban to join us on stage to award the certificates.
JANYURY:
We will begin by honoring our former Class Representatives. I am now going to read the contents
of the certificates.

That would be all for the recognition of our class representative and Educare officers from School
Year 2024-2025. Your commitment and leadership have left a lasting impact on our community.

| Election of New Officers
DREW:
Now, we will move to one of the most anticipated parts of this morning—the Election of the New
Educare Student Council Officers.
JANYURY:
To help us get to know our candidates better, we now invite our core officer nominees to share
their vision and platform for the coming academic year. May I call on Ms. Lou Ada Ayende-
Esteban to introduce us nominees.

We hope those words from our candidates have helped you in making a decision. And now, let us
proceed with the Election proper. Kindly follow the instructions of the facilitator/s as we begin the

| Pinning Ceremony for Fourth-Year Students
JANYURY:
As we continue to celebrate milestones, we are now transitioning to a very special segment—the
Pinning Ceremony for our Fourth-Year Education students, a symbol of their readiness to enter
the teaching profession.
DREW:
To officially open this segment, let us welcome Dr. Pia Marie Andres-Khan /Dr. Matilde F.
Zamora for the Opening Speech.

Thank you very much for that heartfelt message. Now, we proceed to the reading of names per
specialization. As your name is called, kindly proceed on stage to receive your pin. May I call on
