I need to undergo teaching internship because
ito ang mahalagang hakbang sa aking paglalakbay bilang magiging guro. Sa pamamagitan nito,
nagkakaroon ako ng pagkakataong maranasan ang aktuwal na sitwasyon sa loob ng silid-aralan
—mula sa paghahanda ng aralin hanggang sa pakikipag-ugnayan sa mga mag-aaral. Dito ko mas
nauunawaan ang tunay na responsibilidad ng isang guro at kung paano isinasabuhay ang mga
kaalamang aking natutuhan sa kolehiyo. Higit sa lahat, tinutulungan ako ng teaching internship

Sa apat na yugto ng internship, sa tingin ko ang Phase 3: On-Site Tasks ang
pinakamahirap. Dito, hindi ka na lang basta nag-oobserba kundi aktwal ka nang gumaganap bilang
guro. Kailangan mong magsulat ng learning plans, gumawa ng instructional materials, at bumuo ng
assessment tools, na nangangailangan ng malalim na kaalaman sa aralin at pagiging malikhain.
Bukod dito, kasama rin sa mga gawain ang pang-araw-araw na pagtuturo at pakikilahok sa iba’t
ibang aktibidad ng paaralan, na minsan ay nakakapagod sa katawan at isip. Mas mahirap ito dahil
marami kang sabay-sabay na responsibilidad at kailangan mong maging handa sa anumang
sitwasyon sa loob ng silid-aralan, ngunit sa kabila ng hirap, dito mo rin mararamdaman ang tunay na
halaga at saya ng pagtuturo.

Resolution 435 s. 1997 Code of Ethics for Ang Code of Ethics ay nagtatakda ng mataas na
Professional Teachers pamantayan sa moralidad at propesyonalismo
ng mga guro, tulad ng pagiging tapat,
responsable, at may dignidad. Bilang guro,
ipatutupad ko ang mga prinsipyo ng etika sa
pakikitungo sa mga estudyante, kapwa guro, at
komunidad upang mapangalagaan ang
integridad ng aking propesyon at maging

RA 10627, Anti-Bullying Act of 2013 Ang batas na ito ay nag-uutos sa mga paaralan
na magkaroon ng polisiya at programa laban sa
bullying. Bilang guro, sisiguruhin kong ligtas at
marespeto ang kapaligiran ng klase, agad na
tutugon sa mga insidente ng bullying, at
ipapatupad ang mga stratehiya ng DepEd para
protektahan ang karapatan at dignidad ng
bawat estudyante.
RA 7877, Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995 Ipinagbabawal ng batas na ito ang anumang uri
ng sexual harassment sa trabaho at edukasyon.
Bilang guro, titiyakin kong ligtas ang lahat mula
sa sexual harassment, magiging propesyonal sa
pakikitungo, at magtatakda ng malinaw na
boundaries sa loob at labas ng klase.
RA 4670, Magna Carta for Public School Ang batas na ito ay nagbibigay proteksyon sa
Teacher karapatan, benepisyo, at kondisyon sa trabaho
ng mga pampublikong guro. Bilang guro,
natitiyak ko ang patas na sahod, proteksyon sa
serbisyo, at seguridad sa trabaho, na
magpapalakas ng aking kakayahang
maglingkod nang buong puso sa mga
estudyante.
DepEd 40, s. 2012, Child Protection Policy Ang polisiya ng DepEd ay nagtataguyod ng zero
tolerance sa pang-aabuso, diskriminasyon, at
karahasan sa paaralan. Bilang guro,
responsibilidad kong tiyakin ang ligtas na
kapaligiran para sa mga bata, makilahok sa Child

Sa aking unang araw ng teaching internship, unti-unti kong naunawaan kung gaano kalawak at
kahalaga ang tungkulin ng isang guro. Ang internship ay hindi lamang tungkol sa pagtuturo ng
mga aralin sa silid-aralan, kundi pati na rin sa pagbuo ng maayos na relasyon sa mga
estudyante, pakikipag-ugnayan sa kapwa guro at iba pang kawani ng paaralan, at pagiging
responsable sa lahat ng gawain sa loob ng paaralan. Napagtanto ko na bawat hakbang ng guro
—mula sa paghahanda ng leksyon hanggang sa simpleng pakikipag-usap sa mga estudyante—
ay may malaking epekto sa pagkatuto at pag-unlad ng bawat bata. Ang teaching internship ay
tila isang pagsubok, ngunit sabay nito ay isang oportunidad na makita ang tunay na mundo ng
edukasyon at ang sakripisyong kaakibat ng pagiging guro.

Sa pamamagitan ng pag-oobserba sa aking cooperating teacher at pakikilahok sa mga
