Description:
This course explores various aspects of the theory and practice of three important notions in

Throughout the eight weeks, special emphasis is laid on:

 theoretical knowledge and practical applications of educational management,

leadership and administration;
 various types and approaches to educational leadership and their application in the
workplace;
 the role of educational leaders in decision making, effective communication, problem-
solving and conflict resolution in educational contexts;
 preparation and improving educational leaders for the 21st century;
 leading change in educational environments.
