request from KAREN P. OLLERES, Supply Officer, with regards to the immediate needs for the
procurement of office/school supplies.

WHEREAS, the Bids and Awards Committee, acting upon the request and considering
the Alternative Mode as embodied and appearing in the approved APP-CSE;

NOW THEREFORE, the BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE, this Division, RESOLVED TO
RECOMMEND TO THE SCHOOLS DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT TO ENTER INTO ALTERNATIVE
PROCUREMENT WHICH IS SMALL VALUE.
