Dear Preeti Kumari,
Further to our discussions, the following is a summary of terms and conditions applicable to your association with TalentServe India Private Limited
(“Company”). Once you accept this offer, the terms will be crystalized in the form of an employment agreement.
1. Position: You will be employed in a full-time position, as " Associate – Sales & Business Development " for Day/Evening shift (9-hourshift
may start any time after 6 AM and end any time before midnight). Your Primary duties will include, not limited to since it’s a core founding
team role, you are required to work across departments in versatile and multitasking including team handling.
You will be responsible for –
The Associate – Sales & Business Development will utilize their skills to generate high quality leads, build a strong relationship with
customers and close deals, Complete Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, Client Engagement etc.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with results driven, strong negotiating skills and demonstrate the ability to showcase our
offerings in a compelling way and additionally, for other added responsibilities
By Signing this offer, you confirm that you are under no contractual or other legal obligations that would prohibit you from performing your duties.
2. Date of Joining: Your date of joining the employment will be intimated to you, after which date, we shall have the unilateral right to terminate
this offer.
3. Compensation: You will receive a yearly compensation of INR 7,15,700- (Lacs Indian Rupees Only) on a cost-to-company basis, subject to
applicable taxes and all statutory deductions (“Compensation”). The fixed component of the Compensation will be paid on a monthly basis
beginning your appointment. The company reserves the right to allocate any shift or transfer you to a different shift schedule, based on exigency. Any
period of epidemic/pandemic and force majeure will not be computed for continuity of service under applicable Labour and Employment Laws. You will
be eligible to receive your first monthly compensation only if you serve the company for minimum 21 days from the date of joining. Failing so,the
company will not be liable to pay any compensation to you.
4. Bonus: You will be entitled to receive Incentives subject to your performance evaluation.
5. Confidential Information: You hereby represent and warrant that, at all times, you will maintain confidentiality with respect to all and any
information relating to the Company (“Confidential Information”).You will not, either directly or indirectly, make any disclosure of Confidential
Information to any third party, or make any use of Confidential Information, for your own benefit or the benefit of any third party, without the
Company’s prior written consent. You shall maintain proper and secure custody of the Confidential Information to which you may be privy and shall
use your best endeavors to prevent the use or disclosure of the Confidential Information by or to third parties.
6. Exclusivity: You will not enter any employment or discussions with any potential employers for a period of 30 (thirty days) after the date
hereof.
A. At Will: Being applauded and accepted by you at your own will and has explained about the working methodology in the epidemic/pandemic and
B. This employment offer shall be subject to you agreeing upon the following terms and conditions, jointly and independently binding
upon you totally force majeure.
C. Infrastructure: It is declared and accepted by you about having requisite infrastructure to perform your duties from any location other than
the workplace. Infrastructure means laptop/desktop with required configurations, updated RAM, working dongle for data connectivity, video and audio
features.
D. You have agreed upon to perform as per the existing or change of any performance targets/ KRAs/KSAs during COVID 19 situation and or otherwise
and failing which the said employment will come to an end without honorarium or implications, liabilities and accountability of any Government
notification for pandemic/epidemic and force majeure in nature existing or may come in future.
E. Any litigation, grievances and disputes with regards to this will be treated null and void, which you declare at your wish and will.

Please Note:
• You will be on a On Job Training for a period of 1 Month and post successful completion of OJT you will be eligible for the above CTC.
During this OJT Period you will get the Salary of 20,000 INR
• Variable pay is performance linked incentive paid as per the company policy Monthly /quarterly or yearly
• Standard tax liability will be incurred as per government regulations on income
• Gratuity is governed by payment of Gratuity act and would be paid to employees completing 5 years with TalentServe India Priv ate Limited
• ESOP is applicable to the ESOP Policy
• Mediclaim is applicable as per Mediclaim Policy
