General Guidelines for Submission of NVQ Assessment Details

by Registered Public/Private/NGO Training Institutions which conduct Accredited courses

Training institutes in the private/NGO sector that conduct accredited courses are hereby advised to follow
undermentioned guideline as and when they request assessments and submit assessment results to the TVEC. From

i. Enter student details to the online system in the TVEC website as appropriately using the user ID and
password issued by the TVEC. Entering of students details to the online system will be curtailed by the
system itself as the course completes 25% of the course duration. Accredited centres have to send the
center logo, two signatures and designations to the Assessment Quality Assurance (AQA) division for
system registration. Upon system registration, the center will be issued User ID and password to login
to the TVEC website to enter student details.
ii. Make sure students appear for knowledge assessments in the occupations where such tests are
conducted by the TVEC in NVQ level 4. Centers have to send the students for the knowledge test soon

of the course. OJT component of training must have been completed to be eligible to submit
assessment request form.
v. The training centres belong to Bureau of Foreign Employment should make the assessment request 2
weeks before completion of the course.
vi. Organize and conduct pre assessment with the support of the appointed assessors. Centers have to use
one of the appointed assessors to do the pre assessment.
vii. Submit form III/15/04/01 (details of eligibility interview), form III/15/05/01(results of eligibility
interview) duly completed to the finalassess@[Link] soon as the pre assessment is completed.
viii. Decide dates for final assessment in consultation with the students and the assessors. If there are no
significant gaps of competencies, final assessment can be conducted soon after the pre assessment.
Sufficient time should be given to students if there are any gaps of competencies for them to be able to
rectify the gaps and ready for final assessment.
