With reference to the subject captioned above, the meeting notice for conduct of 1st
District Level DPC meeting for calendar year 2026 in respect of district cadre posts of
Agriculture Department Division Jammu has already been issued and the DPC meeting shall
be held in conference of this Directorate on 16-01-2026 (Friday) at 11 :00 AM.
As such, I_ am directed to request you to furnish the following documents of the
officials falling under zone of consideration (list at annexure-A).
1. APRs of last three years.
2. Work conduct and integrity certificate
3. Latest vigilance clearance certificate. In case not available, relevant Form
.(Duly filled) for applying on line Vigilance clearance.
