TECHNO-CULTURAL FEST
RULEBOOK
1. Nukkad Natak
Nukkad Natak (Street Play) is a traditional Indian theatre form performed in
public spaces to raise social awareness on critical issues. It is characterized by
its minimalist setup and high-energy, direct delivery, bringing the message
intimately to the common people.
Rules-
There will be only one final round.
The Act can be performed either in Hindi/English or bilingual.
Number of participants per team: 5-20 members:(all team members
should be certified students of their respective institute. Please bring your
identity cards for verification).
No cross-college teams are allowed. But multiple teams of the same college
are allowed but they should not perform the same play.
Any entry found using obscene language, pornographic materials,
vulgarity, or defamatory statements about but, not limited to, any person,
company, organisation, or entity will be disqualified
Performance should not exceed 30 minutes in length (Empty circle to
Empty circle).
Teams are allowed to use musical props such as Dholak, Flute, or any other
musical instrument of their choice, but usage of mics, lights, or other
electronic instruments is not allowed.
No instruments will be provided by CCET, so teams are required to bring
their own instruments.
No technical support will be provided.
Use of any hazardous element/prop is strictly prohibited..
The decision of the judging panel will be final and binding.

A monologue is a long, uninterrupted performance by a
single character in which they used to express their inner
thoughts, emotions, or back-story.
Rules-
There will be only one final round.
Act can be performed either in Hindi or English.
Multiple individuals from the same college are allowed
but they should not perform the same act.
Any entry found using obscene language, pornographic
materials, vulgarity, or defamatory statements about
but, not limited to, any person, company, organization,
or entity will be disqualified
Maximum time allowed for a performer to perform is 7
minutes.
No props will be provided by CCET, so performers are
required to bring their own props.
Use of any hazardous element/prop is strictly
prohibited..
The decision of the judging panel will be final and
binding

Performers have to act on a topic which is given instantly.
They have to improve their performance according to the
topic
Rules-

You have to make a short reel/video to
advertise things. In this you will have to
explore new ways to advertise things.
Rules-
Individuals or max team of 4 is allowed
No vulgarity should be shown or used in
advertisement
Advertisement of any intimacy related
products like (condoms) are prohibited
