Part 1 – Short and Natural Answers
Tell us a little about yourself.
I am a recent graduate in Accounting and Finance, with an interest in consulting. I
have experience in
administrative assistance and internships in a controlled environment, where I
learned to work with rigour, deadlines and
attention to detail. I enjoy challenges and continuous learning.
Why do you want to work at PwC?
Because I admire PwC's impact and the way it combines technical knowledge with
ethical values.
I want to grow in an environment that values learning and collaboration.
What did you learn from your internship in a controlled environment?
I learned to follow rules and procedures accurately, to be organised and
responsible. I also
realised the importance of ethics and clear communication in teamwork.
How did you handle multiple tasks as an administrative assistant?
I used to set priorities and keep checklists. I communicated with the team to
ensure that
everyone was on the same page and tasks were completed on time.
What are your strengths?
Organisation, ease of learning and good communication. I enjoy collaborating and
always seek to improve
processes.
And what do you want to develop?
I want to deepen my technical skills in financial analysis and develop more
experience
in consulting and working with multidisciplinary teams.
Part 2 – Analytical Responses (STAR Method)
Talk about an experience that required attention to detail.
During my internship at OCPCA, I was responsible for reviewing accounting
documents prior to audits.
(Situation) The task required precision and compliance with internal standards.
(Task) I created a checklist to
ensure that no items were overlooked. (Action) As a result, I reduced errors and
improved the
organisation of the process. (Result)
Give an example of how you handled tight deadlines.
At Kabilango Construções, I had to organise administrative reports on short notice.
(Situation)
I planned the work in stages and asked my colleagues to align with me. (Action) We
managed to deliver everything
on time, with quality and without overload. (Result)
Tell me about a time when you had to work as part of a team.
At ISAF, as a member of UCSA, I collaborated with colleagues on group activities.
(Situation) The task
was to prepare a presentation on social and economic issues. (Task) I divided
responsibilities
according to each person's skills and ensured good communication. (Action) The
presentation went well and
we received praise for its clarity and cooperation. (Result)
How do you react to stressful situations?
I try to stay calm, prioritise tasks and communicate transparently. I believe that
organisation and
focusing on practical solutions are the best ways to deal with deadlines and
challenges.
What sets you apart as a candidate?
The combination of technical training in accounting and a genuine interest in
consulting.
I have a proactive attitude, learn quickly and adapt well to structured environments
– important characteristics at PwC.
