ESC- Education Service Contracting

- Nawawala kapag may bagsak at nag-stop (medical condition is exempted)


- Starting grade 7-10. (Overall- 27; grade 10- 7)
- JHS Total Population- 34 (7 non- grantees)

PEAC- Private Educational Assistance Committee

- Financial subsidy amounting 9,000.

PVMGO- Philosophy, Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives

- Mission- Provide quality education and holistic growth.


- Objectives- Globally competitive students.

*DepEd Order No. 13 s. 2017- Junk foods is prohibited.

A. Curriculum
- MELCS & Curriculum Guide- basis in making guidelines.
- teachers are guided in teaching through passing learning plan and CMAP.
- Peer tutoring / coaching was conducted during vacation wherein JHS coordinator taught new
teachers about crafting the CMAP. Checked and validated by coordinator and principals.
- Lesson plan is achieved through learning objectives.
- Intervention / remediation is done when objectives was not achieved.
- Remediation is conducted after class hours (4-5pm). Informed consent to parents about the
academic performances. (Advantage of small class size, students are well-monitored)
- Grading system in AP
- WW- 30%;
- P.T- 50%;
- Q.A- 20%
- Rubrics are made for PETA before. To remind (during). Rubrics are anchored to CG,
objectives and PVMGO of schools. Since we aim globally competent students we always
anchored it to the PVMGO.
- For those can’t perform, differentiated instructions is made based on their capabilities. (If
still cannot, special project is done).
- -Prescribed MELCS by DepEd is followed.
- Computer subject is added for 21st century skills to meet the Mission and Vision.
- Within in across curriculum is applied. (Values integration in all subject areas.)
- -Academic integrity is ensured during asynchronous classes by checking using special tool
(evaluation). Remind them with core values. Using AI tool to generate the activity. Advantage
of small size (kilala ang gawa). If cheating, talk privately.
B. Exams
- -TOS is done before making exams. To determine the phases of the questions based on
bloom’s revised taxonomy. (50-60 questions)
- essay is checked through rubrics.
- -During examination, rubrics is written in the board as a guidelines. (1 hour is allotted).
Teachers is checking. Student is for Item and score analysis.
- Test paper was returned to the students and the parents will sign the paper.
- Record the exam after validated by the students and the parents.
- Exams are included in the portfolio, to track the progress.
- Formative Assessment- during the instructions. (Recorded but not graded)
- Summative Assessment- after the instructions.
C. Card
- Given to the parents. 1-3 days to return to the adviser.

D. Observations
- School Principal is observing almost everyday.
- Announce observation with principal and coordinator.
- Post-conference after the observation.

- Loans (not more than 10,000 without interest)
- Can file a 3 leave (contractual)
- 50% Discount for children of teachers who will study in school.

- Provisions are made because substitution is not applied. School Principal will take charge.

- Funds are generated through collection.
- Project- Liquidation- Posted in Bulletin- Budget Statement.
- Homeroom- cleaning, moral values.
- Following procedure by DRRM.
- Every first Friday- faculty meeting
- Career Guidance Program (Seminar, Mock Job Interview, Wear your pangarap).
- No role in enrollment process
- Faculty attended seminars
