5:15 – 5:40 Running (25 min)
5:40 – 5:55 Bath
5:55 – 6:15 Breakfast: Soyabean + Curd + Eggs + Seeds
6:15 – 8:15 UPSC Core: GS + PSIR (New Concepts)
8:15 – 9:00 Cycle to College

DAYTIME

9:00 – 4:00 College | Lunch: Fried Soyabean | Hydrate
4:00 – 4:45 Cycle Back Home
4:45 – 5:10 Change + Water
5:10 – 5:35 Pre-Gym Meal: Dal + Chawal
5:35 – 6:35 Gym
6:35 – 7:00 Bath + Ready

EVENING & NIGHT

7:00 – 9:00 UPSC Block 1: GS + PSIR (Revision + New Topics)
9:00 – 10:30 Dinner: Veg + Roti + Curd + Protein
10:30 – 11:30 UPSC Block 2: Current Affairs + Linking
11:30 – 12:45 UPSC Block 3: MCQs + PYQs + Analysis
12:45 – 1:00 Stretch + Breathing + Warm Milk
1:00 Sleep

NON-NEGOTIABLE RULES
• Morning UPSC never skipped • No phone during study blocks • Protein daily 150–160 g • 7–8 rotis OK • Stretch hip flexors daily • Sleep by 1:00 • If tired: Morning UPSC + One
