Structured Morning Routine (6:30–9:00 AM)
Designed for final two semesters of college with a 9:00 AM first class.
6:30 AM – Wake (Non-Negotiable)
● Drink 16–20 oz water
● Sunlight exposure (window or outside) – 5 minutes
● Purpose: circadian rhythm alignment, hormone regulation, improved sleep quality
6:35 AM – Nervous System Regulation (5 min)
● 5 slow nasal breaths (4s inhale / 6s exhale)
● Stand tall, shoulders back
● No phone or social media
● Purpose: calm focus and stress reduction
6:40 AM – Bible Study & Prayer (20 min)
● 5 min Scripture reading
● 10 min reflection or journaling
● 5 min prayer (gratitude, guidance, strength)
7:00 AM – Warm-Up & Mobility (10 min)
● Arm circles – 30 sec each
● Hip circles – 30 sec
● Deep squat hold – 1–2 min
● Cat-cow – 10 reps
● Hip flexor stretch – 1 min/side
7:10 AM – Training Block (40–45 min)
● Monday – Push
● Tuesday – Pull
● Wednesday – Cardio + Mobility
● Thursday – Legs + Core
● Friday – Full Body Conditioning
7:55 AM – Cool Down (5 min)
● Slow nasal breathing
● Light stretching
8:00–8:20 AM – Shower & Change (20 min)
● Daily shower
● Unhurried transition
● Prepare for the day
8:20 AM – Breakfast & Supplements
● Plate rule: ½ protein, ¼ carbs, ¼ fruit/veg, some fat
● Creatine – 5g
● Vitamin D3 – 2,000–4,000 IU
● Omega-3s – 2–3g EPA/DHA
● Whey protein if needed
8:40–9:00 AM – Transition to Class
● Light walk
● Upright posture
● Arrive focused and calm
