Subject: REPAIR & MAINTENANCE OF AHKNCRD THORUGH CDA

It is to inform that due to Handing /Taking over of Pak PWD to Capital


Development Authority (CDA) there are pending tasks of Repair / Maintenance of this
Department and needs the boundary wall for security reasons on urgent basis .Therefore it
is proposed that we may request CDA to provide estimated cost for the following mentioned
items of work below.

i. Fencing of boundary wall of AHKNCRD


ii. Construction of Security guard room along with washroom
iii. Three (3) No’s of Security barriers

2. CDA is the executing agency in the instant case is therefore requested that
detailed estimated cost for the above mentioned items of work may please be provided at
the earliest.

3. Keeping in view of the above a DFA requesting Deputy Director


(Maintenance-III), CDA for the provision of the estimated cost for this Department is
submitted for the approval of Director General please.
