SELF DECLARATION CERTIFICATE BY UNTRAINED IN-SERVICE TEACHER

(To be filled by the Untrained In-service Teacher and Countersigned by the School Principal)

I, Ram Dular Yadav son of Babunandan Yadav currently serving as a teacher at PM Shri Kendriya
Vidyalaya New Cantt Prayagraj (Shift-1) hereby declare the following:

1. I am an untrained in-service teacher currently working at the school as mentioned above and I am
enrolling in the NIOS Six Months certificate course (Bridge) in Primary Teacher Education. I am aware that
this course is mandatory and is only for those primary teachers who had been appointed with [Link].
degree in accordance with NCTE's notification dated 28.06.2018 and who were in-service before the date
of Hon'ble Supreme Court's judgment dated 28.11.2023
2. I have to complete this course within one year of the commencement of course of NIOS. Qualifying
this course is strictly meant to protect my existing employment only. This Bridge Course will not be valid for
me to seek subsequent employments as primary teachers. I am aware that non-completion of the course
within the stipulated time frame may make me ineligible to continue as a teacher in compliance with
Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. I will regularly participate in all activities, assignments, workshops, and
personal contact programs as mandated under the course curriculum.
3. All information furnished by me in the application form for admission is true and correct to the best
of my knowledge and belief. I understand that providing any false information or failing to complete the
course requirements may lead to disqualification from the program and disciplinary action as per rules and
may lead to immediate termination from the course and my services, and may attract legal consequences
under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and other applicable laws.
4. This self-declaration shall be treated as an undertaking, and is legally binding. I am making this
declaration with full understanding and awareness of the legal obligations and I shall not hold the NIOS or
NCTE responsible for any consequences arising out of non-compliance with course requirements,
attendance norms, or assessments.
