1) Why do you want to become a CC?

I want to become a CC / CSE because I feel I have the qualities and skills needed for this
role. I truly understand that the role of CC / CSE comes with huge responsibilities.
I want to work in a role where I can deliver exceptional levels of customer service, create
memorable experience, be responsible for the safety of others and also be in a position where
I can utilize my communications and interpersonal skills to deal with a variety of difficult and
challenging situations.
Finally, the role of cabin crew is attractive because it has a positive impact on people's lives
by providing them with outstanding care, attention and service.

2) Roles & responsibilities of CC:


The role of CC consists of a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the safety, security,
service and providing comfort and wellbeing of passengers during the flight.
They conduct safety checks, serve food and beverages, provide assistance to passengers and
handle medical emergencies. They ensure cabin readiness, co-ordinate with the crew and
communicate effectively.
Flight attendants play a vital role in delivering a positive and secure flight experience, where
the adaptability, customer service and team work plays an important role.

3) Tell me about your strengths and weakness:


One of my strengths is to remain calm under pressure. This is essential for a cabin crew role
where passenger's safety and comfort are a priority. In my personal life I have stayed
composed during challenging situations and I believe this quality is directly relevant to
ensuring a positive and safe flying experience for passengers.
My another quality is Fast decision making which is very important in aviation industry
because you have to act very fast during any emergency and also to increase efficiency and I
am a team player which is I think a very much needed quality in this field because we are
working with bare minimum number of staffs so each one of us has to perform to the full
limit.

And speaking about my weaknesses, I have one weakness which is my inability to say no.
Which puts me under lot of stress at times, to overcome this I started following few
motivational speakers on social media and I realized that saying no is not a problem but if I
say no to the task where it's needed, it will stop me from making mistakes and even help me
in getting the job done faster.

4) Describe yourself in one word:


I would use the word result driven. I have successfully achieved a number of professional
goals this year including running a half marathon, upgrading my computer skills as I set
myself challenges and work hard to meet them.
