CIVIC ENGAGEMENT: MEANING AND

Civic engagement refers to how individuals actively
participate in their communities to promote positive social
change and improve the quality of life for all. It includes a
wide range of activities such as volunteering, activism,
advocacy, and political participation, all of which
contribute to building a more inclusive and democratic
society.
