Personality Development
Personality of a person may it be a he or a she is nothing but the traits of a human being for the
environment in which he or she enters into.
What I mean is that the manners, etiquettes, intelligence, clothing, communication skills, talking
skills, walking pattern, etc. everything is falling under one umbrella i.e. the personality. Now when
we look at a person we might not be sure of the way he would respond to a situation but once we
have met him and having observed him for even 5 minutes we form a mental image of the person
which remains with us all over the time we exist. Now this image can definitely be altered but never
the person would be able to change it because of his personality.
Anyways, the point, here is personality development. We might have observed around us that some
people are always more influential than others whether it be anything i.e. whether it be their career,
or their sports skills or for that matter their driving skills. Now these guys or girls are highly trained
people and they might be doing it for their living or for the purpose of making themselves happy. It’s
just that they get the feel of the object or the thing they are into. It’s just that they make a
relationship with the object or the thing so powerfully that something bizarre happens just like in
movies.
Coming to movies we might have observed a hell lot of people who get personality development
courses just to excel in their career. They go through various modules of personality development
whether it is a physical modification or their intellectual up bringing or just that their communication
skills are being developed. These people once getting trained with all these modules are always well
positioned in their career. It might give them a better role in the movies or just might increase their
pay package.
People also have personality development or say just for matter their language skills getting
upgraded for a job in a suitable company. Now these guys or girls might not be having a very well up
bringing but just to get into a nice job they go through all these personality development modules
which enable them to get a job and also do well in it.
There are various personality development skills that one needs to go through and below I would be
listing just a few of them for the purpose of corporate. So here it goes:
The modules are:-
Corporate Presentations & Body Language Basics- Here in these if we talk about this module
then definitely we will be enabling the trainee to be in order to give a better corporate
presentation or to present the content in a way that it has a greater impact and also in the
manner that his body also justifies the presentation.
Stress Management & The Science of Happiness – In this module we will be talking about
things which affect a person so much that they give him or her stress. This leads us to
making the person happy just by not getting involved into these activities which might cause
him or her stress and hence making them happy. The science here is nothing but just that
you have to know at every moment what the opposite object or thing that you are
interacting with is reacting to you and hence have a feel of the whole situation and hence
the object.
Time Management – Time management is one such thing which once valued will definitely
be honouring you whenever you get into a mode where it is demanded. This is a module
where the importance of time is going to be explained to you so that you value your time
and also other people’s time by just referring directly to the subject at hand.
Leadership Style – Now leadership is not everyone knows. First there has to be intent for
leading and then the opportunity. Provided you have intent and then the opportunity you
are in the right position for the leader’s job provided you know the subject of leadership.
Now this is a very tricky situation but just that if you can adapt to the surroundings and hear
to the voice of the people around and work for their betterment then definitely you will be
getting the leadership skills.
So these are just four of the basic modules which are needed to get a personality which is very
much demanded in the society or at job or for that matter amongst your friends.
