EXERCISE;

In your respective groups conceptualize a project that contains the following;

• Four Phases
• Four Tasks on each phase
• Assign Work resources on each task
• Allocate duration on every task.
• Your project should be conditioned to begin on 8th August 2022

REQUIRED

i. Create a well elaborate work plan for the project and save it as Work Plan (6marks)
ii. Mark the non-working days in the project as per the Kenyan calendar of 2022 save it as
Non Working days (4marks)
iii. Create resource sheets and assign the work resources save it as resource assign (4marks)
iv. Link tasks in your project to exhibit the four task linkage methods save it as task linkages
(4marks)
v. Map out the critical tasks in your project using the two basic methods save it as critical
tasks ( 2marks)
vi. Generate milestones on each phase of your project and change its appearance to asterik
shape red in colour save it as Milestones ( 4 Marks)
vii. Create a profile for your project assign your group leader the duty of project manager
(4marks)
