Interviewer: Good morning.

Interviewee : Good morning.

Interviewee : Oh thank you

Interviewer: Welcome to our company, I am Gita the HR


manager. Nice to see you.

Interviewee : Nice to see you too maam

Interviewer: OK let me start. Please tell me about yourself.

Interviewee : Hello,

Introduce my name Muhammad Daffa Firmansyah, or may be called Daffa and

i live in Bekasi.

i want to apply for office administration at this company.

I'm graduated of Teratai putih global high school by the year 2024. Previously, I had a
three-month internship as an office administrator at a startup company.

During those three months, I've had experience in dealing with various kinds of corporate
letters.

Interviewer: Why do you want this job?

Interviewee : I want apply as an administrator of the office in this company with the
experience that I have to improve skills and build a better career ahead.

Interviewer: Why should I consider you for this position?

Interviewee : You should consider me for my passion and proven abilities in


organization for office efficiency. I pride myself on my time management, coordination and
interpersonal [Link] my previous role as an office administrator, I had more knowledge
about data input, office document management, data archiving and everything about
office accommodation preparation. I’m excited to bring my skills to this role

Interviewer: What would you consider your strengths?

Interviewee : A person who is very fond of paying attention to detail and precision. In
my role as an office administrator, I learned to perform well under pressure when
arranging letters, schedules, and other equipment.

Interviewer: What is your biggest weakness?


Interviewee : I struggle with negative criticism and can become obsessed with
perfecting my work after receiving notes from a supervisor. While I appreciate the
guidance, I think I can learn to be less harsh on myself

Interviewer: What are your goals for the future?

Interviewee : In the short term, one of my goals is to continue developing my skills. I


want to help company to be more advanced. i've been raising my hand for more public
speaking assignments since I know that written and verbal communication skills often work
together.

Interviewer: Do you work well with people?

Interviewee : Yes, I work well with people. I am a good listener, empathetic, and enjoy
collaborating with others to achieve common goals

Interviewer: Do you have any questions?

Interviewee : No, I think I have all the information I need, thank you

Interviewer: Well, thanks for coming. We’ll let you know in a


couple of days.
