classroom.
4. Were there items in your classroom/ remote learning management plan which were not tailored to
the needs of your students? How will you improve on these?

OBSERVE
[Link] problems/ challenges I encountered in writing my classroom Management Plan is The Classroom
Management Plan is not always fully applicable to all students. Since students are diverse, some have
household responsibilities or work commitments, which can affect their ability to follow certain aspects
of the plan.
REFLECT
2.I hope to achieve to address these problems and challenges by proposing an action research project to
address this problem, I believe it would be helpful to consult my plan with another teacher and seek
their suggestions and recommendations.
PLAN
[Link] strategies/ ways which I can employ to improve my classroom routines are to gather
opinions from another teacher regarding these problems and conduct action research to find effective
solutions. I will also consult students, allowing them to share their ideas and perspectives. If necessary, I
will readjust and revise my plan based on the feedback and insights gathered.

My Classroom Management Plan
Philosophical Statement
I will create a safe, fun, and cooperative learning environment for my students. Discipline will be
administered promptly and when necessary. Every student will start each day with a clean slate, and
each one will receive the individual attention they need to succeed.
Classroom Rules and Procedures
To ensure the discipline of my students, I will formulate classroom rules and procedures like,
▪ Respect and listen to your teacher
▪ Respect, your classmates
▪ Be prepared for class
▪ Raise your hand to speak
▪ Be quiet when your teacher is talking
▪ Share new ideas
▪ Always clean your classroom
▪ Follow the seating arrangement
▪ Use positive language
▪ Be attentive at all time
▪ Contribute to the discussions
▪ Obey all school rules
▪ Be on time
▪ Finish your homework on time
▪ Be honest
Teacher – Students Relationship
To maintain good relationships with my students, I will treat them fairly and with respect. I will teach
them how to show respect and develop good moral character. Positive words will be used in all
interactions to create a supportive and encouraging environment. I will also teach them proper
communication skills, including how to speak and listen attentively. I will remind them that inside the
school, I am their teacher, and they are my students, which means they should always keep me informed
whenever necessary.
Schedules and Timeframes
In terms of schedule and timeframe, I will organize my class schedule based on the plans made with my
co-teachers. I will always consider the opinions of both other teachers and my students. To keep
students focused on the task, I will ensure that every part of my lesson is engaging and interactive. I will
make it a point to capture the attention of all students, including those seated at the back, while also
being mindful of their feelings and individual conditions.
Classroom Structure, Design, and Arrangement
I will make my classroom conducive to learning by providing materials that support students’ growth
and development. I will also incorporate technology that can be used in our daily lessons. Additionally, I
will remove items and distractions that may cause stress or disrupt the learning environment.
Classroom Safety Rules and Procedures
To ensure the safety and security of my students, I will provide a medicine cabinet for emergencies and
remove any dangerous items such as knives, chemicals, or other hazardous materials. The classroom
should have two doors for security purposes and be equipped with a fire extinguisher. To further
safeguard students, I will establish rules such as requiring them to inform the teacher or security guard
if needed, post emergency contact numbers, and prohibiting students from leaving the campus during
class hours.
Strategies for Rewards and Consequences
I will implement class rules and procedures that encourage students to take responsibility for their actions. I
believe that students are more likely to follow these rules if clear sanctions and rewards are applied
consistently.
