Respected Sir ,

I hope you are in good health. I humbly request permission to grant me leave for one day on
19th December 2025 as I have to attend my sister’s wedding on that day.

Sir, on the same date I have my Industrial Pharmacy examination. Due to this unavoidable
family commitment, I will not be able to appear in the paper on the scheduled date. Therefore, I
kindly request you to allow me to take my Industrial Pharmacy paper after the wedding.

I shall be very grateful to you for your kind consideration.
