3 Pre-requisites in EWM
Notification (IDN)
1. Delivery Document Integrated with ERP
2. Delivery Type for IDR
3. Item Type for IDR
 System creates ID with reference to IDN (PPF action is triggered to copy IDN to IBD)
or
 System creates EWM - IBD with reference to ERP - IBD (PPF action is triggered to copy)
 It is also called Warehouse Request & it is the initial EWM document with own Number Range
4 Inbound Delivery (IBD)
 All subsequent actions (documents) with reference to IBD
