Student Responsibilities & Guidelines:

1. Students must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance. Attendance in theory, practical, and
training sessions is compulsory.

2. Students must inform the Course Coordinator in advance regarding leave or absence.

3. All students must maintain discipline and respectful behavior within the institute and during
all academic sessions.

4. Assignments, projects, and records must be completed and submitted within the specified
deadline.

5. Wearing the prescribed uniform (if applicable) and carrying the ID card is mandatory.

6. Mobile phone usage is strictly prohibited during classes, unless approved by faculty.

7. Any damage to institute property will be recovered from the responsible student(s).

8. Students failing to meet attendance or academic standards may be barred from appearing in
final exams.

Fee Structure, Payment Rules & Refund Policy:

9. A non-refundable application fee of ₹200 must be paid while submitting the form.

10. A registration fee of ₹5,000 is required to confirm seat availability. This is included in the
total course fee.
11. The remaining course fee must be paid before classes commence.

12. Students opting for EMI must pay an additional ₹2000 along with the total fees. The EMI
must be paid on or before the 5th of every month, and the entire fee should be cleared within
three months.A late fee of ₹500 applies to payments made between the 6th and 15th.

13. Additional late fee will be charged if payment is made after the 15th.

14. Exam fees and certificate fees are not included in the course fee and must be paid separately.

15. No part of the fees paid will be refunded under any circumstances, including admission,
registration, or training fees.

16. Scholarship may be provided based on the student's academic performance and
behavior, subject to management's discretion.
