of Police of Valencia City Police Station, Bukidnon Police Provincial Office
while on mobile patrol along Sayre National Highway in Barangay
Mambatangan, Valencia City, Bukidnon, PLTCOL CLEMENCIO spotted a tri-
cab speeding in the fast lane. He opted to pull over the tri-cab driver and
discuss road safety, aiming to minimize accident risks. The interaction was
subsequently shared on Valencia City Police Station’s official Facebook Page
last February 9, 2024 and garnering 2.5 million views, 18.7K shares, 10.5K
comments and 80.7K reactions.
