help you?

G: Yes, I’d like to reserve a table for one please.

W: Before we proceed to the reservation process, may I know who is on the line?

W: Would you spell your first name for me please?

W: Thank you for that information (Ms. Marasigan/ Ms. Lannao) may I know which date you would like
to make your reservation?

G: I’m planning to have lunch on 26th of January. Do you have vacancy for that day?

W: Yes, we have several tables available for that particular day. May I know where would you like to sit
do you prefer indoor dining or outdoor seating?

G: I would like to stay on indoor seating please.

W: Great, would you like to confirm your reservation (Ms. Marasigan/ Ms. Lannao)?

G: Yes, I would like to confirm the reservation.

dinner?

G: yes I would like a martini please

W: would you want it sweet or cocktail?


G: cocktail please
W: (maam) this is bellini. It is a perfect blend of sparkling wine and peach
puree (may hawak na glass )
G: great
(glass almost empty)
W: Shall I get you another round of bellini (sir/maam)?
G: no thank you
(taking orders)
W: Would you like to take a look at our menu, Sir/ Ma’am? (may hawak na
menu)
G: sure (tignan ang menu)
W: If you are ready, may I now take your order?
G; yes I would like to have the beef steak
W: how would you like your steak ma’am?
G: medium rare please
W: okay ma’am would you like to accompany your dish with wine?
G: sure what wine you suggest?
W: I suggest the cold duck a champagne which is naturally fermented from
Roma and it is has 12% alcohol content.
G:okay I’ll get a bottle
W:okay (maam /sir) Would you like to try our specialty of the house. It’s
cocktail meatballs it is beef meatballs infused with hints of chili sauce , I’m
sure you’ll like it
G: no thank you
W: okay ma’am , For your starter, may I suggest a light appetizer? We have
deviled eggs
G: okay sure I’ll get that
W: Shall I also get you hot steaming soup afterwards, sir/ ma’am?
G: yes and I’ll get Caesar salad
W: okay ma’am what would you like for your dessert
G: a chocolate ice cream
W: okay ma’am is that all?
G: yes
W: okay maam ill repeat your order you’ll have deviled eggs for appetizer
and a cream of mushroom for your soup and for main course you have a
medium rare beef steak and chocolate ice cream for dessert, Is that correct
