Dr Arunkumar Santhalingam

years of training experience and 14 years in leadership. His pioneering
work bridges science, technology, and education, shaping innovative
practices in AI-enhanced teaching, formative assessment, and institutional
strategy. He has delivered high-impact training across India, Romania,
UAE, and Cambodia, inspiring educators worldwide.
Annick Hatterer
Educational Delegate, CLE International
With 20+ years of teaching FLE, Annick specializes in TICE (digital
technologies for learning). She designs interactive activities, trains teachers,
and energizes classrooms with digital tools. A regular speaker at international
conferences, she contributes to CLE International training days.
David Cordina
Instructional Designer & FLE Didactics Expert
Former Director of BELC (2014–2017), David has led advanced training
programs worldwide. He is an experienced FLE teacher (B and C levels),
digital learning designer, and author of Pratiques et projets numériques en
classe de FLE. He also edits Le français dans le monde.
Émilie Jacament
Author | Advisor, Alliance Française Network in India – Institut Français
As a diplomat and educator, Émilie coordinates Alliance Française centres
across India and co-authors DELF preparation books. Her dual role as
advisor and author allows her to shape both strategy and pedagogy.

Émilie combines classroom practice with teacher training, co-authoring

A renowned scholar in French studies, Prof. Irani has decades of experience

contexts. Author of Écrire en FLE B2-C1 (Ellipses, 2024), she contributes
actively to innovative methods.
Sébastien DeVreese
Pedagogical Consultant, Éditions Maison des Langues
A specialist in intercultural mediation, Sébastien is a DELF-DALF examiner
and trainer who designs pedagogical solutions for Alliances Françaises and
Instituts Français worldwide
Dr. Vasumathi Badrinathan
Professor, Department of French Studies, Banaras Hindu University
Dr. Vasumathi holds a PhD in French & Applied Linguistics (University of
Lille 3, France). She specializes in FLE didactics, technology in language
learning, and multilingualism. Recipient of Fulbright and Erasmus Mundus
fellowships, she has been visiting professor in France, Canada, USA, China,
and more. Her publications include a seminal co-edited book on non-native
language teachers and literary translations, such as the Tiruppavai into French.
Decorated as Chevalier de l’Ordre des Palmes Académiques by France, she is
also a renowned Carnatic classical vocalist
