6:00 AM – 6:30 AM Wake up & Freshen up — Drink water, light exercise/meditation for focus
6:30 AM – 8:30 AM Study Session 1 Mathematics Morning is best for problem-solving & formulas
8:30 AM – 9:00 AM Breakfast & Short Break — Eat healthy, take some rest
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM Study Session 2 Science Focus on Physics & Chemistry concepts
11:00 AM – 11:15 AM Short Break — Stretch, relax eyes
11:15 AM – 1:15 PM Study Session 3 English Grammar, literature, unseen passages, writing practice
1:15 PM – 2:15 PM Lunch Break & Rest — Take a nap or relax mind
2:15 PM – 4:15 PM Study Session 4 Social Science History, Geography & Civics (rotate daily)
4:15 PM – 4:45 PM Snack Break / Walk — Refresh your mind
4:45 PM – 6:15 PM Study Session 5 Assamese Reading, grammar, essay, translation practice
