Objective: Design and simulate a regulated 5V DC power supply from a 12V DC source.
Tasks:
1. Draw schematic in LTspice
2. Write detailed step-by-step procedure
3. Simulate output voltage
4. Capture waveform and voltage results

Expected Output:
Input: 12V DC
Output: 5V DC (regulated)

Q2. Temperature Comparator Using NTC (LTspice)


Objective: Design and simulate a temperature comparator circuit with threshold at 35°C.
Tasks:
1. Calculate resistance of NTC_MF52B/3950 at 35°C
2. Design comparator using generic op-amp
3. Simulate output for temperatures below and above 35°C
4. Document results with screenshots
Expected Output:
 Output LOW below 35°C
 Output HIGH above 35°C

Q3. Relay Driver Circuit (Eagle Schematic)


Objective: Design a relay driver circuit using transistor switching.
Tasks:
1. Create schematic in Eagle
2. Use CQ1-12V relay and 2N3904 transistor
3. Add flyback diode (RFUH5TF6S)
4. Explain working principle
Expected Output:

 Relay energizes for logic HIGH Input

Q4. Automatic Temperature Controlled Fan System (System Integration)


Objective: Develop a complete automatic fan control system based on temperature.
Tasks:
1. Integrate power supply, comparator and relay driver in LTspice
2. Verify automatic ON/OFF operation
3. Prepare final schematic for PCB design

Q5. PCB Design Using Eagle


Objective: Design a single-layer PCB for the temperature-controlled fan system.
Tasks:
1. Import finalized schematic into Eagle PCB editor
2. Define board outline (maximum size: 60 mm × 60 mm)
3. Place components logically
4. Route tracks following standard PCB design practices
5. Add ground plane
6. Perform Design Rule Check (DRC)
7. Generate Gerber files

Expected Output:
 Eagle PCB (.brd) file
 DRC-passed layout
 Gerber files ready for fabrication

Q6. Humidity Sensing Using DHT Sensor (Theory & Logic)


Objective: Explain and document humidity measurement using DHT sensor.
Tasks:
 Explain working principle of DHT11/DHT22
 Draw block diagram
 Explain digital data output format
 Mention interfacing logic
List of Submission
