Invitees are requested to take their seats 30 minutes before the
scheduled time.
Vehicle parking must be done at designated parking areas only.
Please carry your invitation card with you; it is mandatory.
Kindly bring a photo identity card along with the invitation.
During the academic procession (convocation procession) and while
entering and exiting the venue, all invitees are required to remain at
their positions.
During the National Anthem, all invitees must stand at their
respective places.
Please ensure no conversation or movement during the ceremony.
Invitees may leave their seats only after the convocation ceremony
Please keep your mobile phones on silent mode during the
convocation ceremony.
