Subject: Request for delay in payment without penalty and permission to attend the exam

Respected Sir,

With due respect, I would like to state that I am a regular student of your renowned institute,
Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management, 7th Batch, 5th Semester. Our Mid-Term
examination is approaching, and while I have no significant dues at your institute, due to some
financial difficulties I am unable to pay my tuition fees and half-semester fees at this moment.

Therefore, I sincerely request you to kindly allow me one month’s time to clear all outstanding
dues, including tuition and semester fees, without any late payment penalty, and to grant me
permission to appear in the upcoming examination. Your kind consideration in this matter will
be a great support for me.
