Dear Sir,

I/We request you to book on my/our account forward exchange as noted below for deliveries as
specified hereunder. We confirm that in terms of the FEMA we are eligible for the said facility
and that the underlying transactions are genuine. I/We also confirm that I/We continue to be
Non-residents eligible for such forward booking facilities. I/We also agree to pay all
costs/charges in connection with your arranging the said forward booking facility and we hereby
authorize you to charge such costs/charges to our account and I/We shall not question the same.
I/We confirm that I/We have read the rules/terms and conditions of the SIB-FCNR Platinum
deposit scheme and agree to abide by the same.
