Level 5 Course Plan:

Duration: 3 Months (36 lessons)


Goals: Reach upper-intermediate level (B2)

Academic Vocabulary: 15 per lesson (500+ most useful words when the
course ends) + Quizlet List + Competitions at the end of every week
Articles: 35+ articles on really interesting topics
Podcasts: 35+ different podcast on B1 Level
Cartoons: 35+ episodes of Kung Fu Panda

Listening:
- Cartoon/TV-series/Movies/Animated films/Documentaries
- Shadowing
- Podcasts + Summary (Uzbek, in English if possible)

Speaking:
- Shadowing
- English Environment during classes

Reading:
- Reading a book (whatever they like)
- Vocabulary lists
- interesting articles + summary

Problems:
Listening => shadowing find it discouraging/frustrating; hard to
understand; don’t know how to summarize
Speaking: => too shy to speak/afraid of making mistakes; lack of vocab;

Reading: => vocab too boring; not consistent; lack of focus; not interested
in reading topics

SOLUTIONS:
Listening: shadow only one or two words
slow down the audio
easier podcasts
make an instructional video on how to summarize

Speaking: do not pay attention to mistakes while they’re speaking


do not correct in front of everyone/don’t laugh at them
do small conversations with ChatGPT

Reading: quizlet for flashcards / octava bot for games and coins + gifts
interesting articles on b2 level + summary
