I am writing to formally express my intent to apply for a teaching position in your esteemed
institution for the upcoming school year 2026–2027. With my qualifications and teaching
experience, I am confident in my ability to contribute meaningfully to your academic
community.

I am Aloryn V. Tugbong, 35 years old, married, and a resident of Upper Canduman, Mandaue
City. I graduated from Western Mindanao State University in Zamboanga City with a Bachelor’s
Degree in Elementary Education in 2013, and successfully passed the Licensure Examination for
Teachers the following year.

My teaching journey began in 2019 as a substitute teacher at Don Calixto Yongco Elementary
School, where I handled a kindergarten class. I later served as a Learning Support Aide in
Canduman from November 2021 to December 2021, and again from April 2022 to June 2022. In
2022, I joined Cebu Mary Immaculate College Inc. as a classroom adviser for kindergarten, while
also teaching subjects in Grade One and Nursery levels. I provided supplementary tutoring to
pupils who required additional support. Most recently, in September 2024, I was hired as a
daycare teacher under the City Social Welfare Services in Canduman, where I taught children
aged three to four years old.

Through these experiences, I have developed strong skills in classroom management,


individualized instruction, and fostering a supportive learning environment. My passion for
teaching and dedication to student growth drive me to make a positive impact as part of your
professional teaching team.
