1. PROJECT OVERVIEW
Boolean Inc. agrees to provide social media management, content creation, and digital
marketing services for The Gullah Geechee Saga based on the customized roadmap and
objectives outlined in the attached proposal titled “The Covenant of Three: From Hush to
Rhythm to Song.”

Build awareness and community around The Gullah Geechee Saga
Position Amadu as an influential author and cultural storyteller
Drive engagement and anticipation for upcoming book releases
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Boolean Inc. will execute a 3-month strategic social media plan covering:
Platforms:
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn (secondary)
Content Creation:
3–5 posts per week including reels, carousels, and static posts
Community Engagement:
Monitoring, responding to comments/DMs, and follower
interaction
Ad Campaigns:
1–2 monthly paid campaigns focused on awareness and engagement
Analytics & Reporting:
Monthly performance reports tracking engagement, reach, and
growth

Following the brand voice, tone, and aesthetic provided in the
proposal

3. TERM
This Agreement shall commence on October 27, 2025, and shall remain in effect for three (3)
months, concluding on January 27, 2026, unless otherwise extended in writing by both parties.
4. INVESTMENT & PAYMENT TERMS
This Agreement shall commence on October 27, 2025, and shall remain in effect for three (3)
months, concluding on January 27, 2026, unless otherwise extended in writing by both parties.
Standard Package Value: $1,000/month
Discounted Promotional Rate: $500/month (50% discount)
Total Contract Value: $1,500 for 3 months
Payment Schedule:
Deposit ($500) due upon signing this Agreement
Remaining ($1000) due at the start of Month 2 (November 22, 2025)
All payments shall be made via secure invoice or payment link provided by Boolean Inc.
5. DELIVERABLE TIMELINE
Month 1: Establish brand identity, storytelling visuals, and initial campaign launch
Month 2: Drive engagement, influencer collaboration, and interactive campaigns
Month 3: Build anticipation for next book and audience activation through launch teasers

6. REVISIONS & APPROVALS
Two (2) minor revisions per post are included in this agreement.
Client feedback and approvals must be provided within 48 hours of content review
delivery to maintain posting schedules.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, creative
concepts, and strategic documents shared during this engagement.
8. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement with a 14-day written notice. In such cases, any
completed work up to the termination date will be billed proportionally, and all dues must be
cleared.
9. OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS
Upon full payment, all creative assets (graphics, captions, videos) produced under this
Agreement become the property of the Client.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas,
United States.
11. ACCEPTANCE
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the
terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
