Software Introduction
1. Connect the tablet to the device and enable the wireless network function, search for and connect to the network
named Gator-S2_xxxxxx, then enter the password: bmwgator-s2.
2. Start the control software.
3. Test all functions of the device, including zoom, focus, lighting, vehicle imaging, turret attitude, lifting attitude,
walking attitude, line winding and unwinding function, and metering function.

Matters need attention
1. After completing the treatment of pipe openings and manhole covers, the equipment should be moved
to the best construction site and ensure a safe distance from the pipe opening.
2. Before using the equipment, it is essential to check whether the pan-tilt locking knob, lifting
frame locking screws, and the connection between the crawler and the cable car are all securely
fastened. It is recommended to perform this check before each operation of entering the pipe.
3. During the use of the equipment, if encountering a strong current, do not pull the cable violently
to avoid cable breakage causing loss of equipment parts inside the well. One person should control the
equipment to retreat steadily, while another person slowly and evenly pulls back the cable. It is
advisable to equip with sufficient length of safety rope for safe retrieval of the equipment in
special circumstances.
4. When opening or closing manhole covers, pay attention to avoid crushing toes.
5. Considering the equipment is quite heavy, extra care should be taken when placing the equipment to
prevent accidentally falling into the well.
6. Before construction, people should be evacuated in advance, and isolation facilities should be set
up to delineate the appropriate construction area to prevent traffic or other accidental incidents.
7. When placing or retrieving the equipment, try to avoid the crawler colliding with the well wall. If
the drum or glass is found to be broken, contact the after-sales service personnel of the manufacturer
immediately.
8. Under no circumstances should the equipment be used in a dry well with no water or sludge, as this
will accelerate the wear of the drum and shorten the service life of the equipment.
9. Do not use sonar equipment in a dry environment, as prolonged exposure to air may damage the sonar.
10. Due to the cable version of the cable car not having an automatic winding function, when the
crawler stops suddenly while moving, the cable will continue to pay out due to inertia. At this time,
it is necessary to manually organize the cable to avoid pressing the empty loop of the cable when
winding, causing cable damage.
Daily maintenance
1. After completing the pipeline inspection and retrieving the equipment, ensure that the cables
remain clean and dry, and remove any mud from the cable surface. Taking these measures helps maintain
the cleanliness inside the cable car, prevents contamination of the reciprocating screw, and avoids
blockages in the measuring wheel and the measuring bottom wheel, thus ensuring smooth cable payout and
accurate measurement.
2. After the pipeline inspection task is completed, rinse the crawler surface thoroughly with clean
water to remove mud and stains, and clean any debris wrapped around the rollers. The equipment should
only be stored in the equipment box after it is completely dry.
3. Any stains on the surface of the cable car should be gently wiped clean with a damp towel. Direct
water rinsing of the cable car is strictly prohibited, and the cable car should be kept away from
rainwater.

1. This product and its accessories (excluding
batteries, cables, lenses, and wheels) are covered by
a standard limited warranty for twelve months from
the date of purchase. To extend the warranty period,

2. The limited warranty is only valid for the
original purchaser of the product.
3. During the limited warranty period, if the product
fails due to normal use, we will provide free repair
or replacement service, including the cost of parts
and labor. All replaced parts, circuit boards, or
equipment will not be returned.
4. The cost of shipping the product to an authorized
service center and any miscellaneous fees are the
responsibility of the purchaser.
5. The purchaser will not be entitled to the
protections stipulated by the warranty terms in the
following situations: the product has been subjected
to abnormal use, improper storage, unauthorized
repairs, accidental damage, unauthorized
modifications, incorrect installation causing damage,
force majeure, and other factors, as well as due to
misuse resulting in accidental downtime, damage, or
violation of the warranty operations stipulated in
this manual.
