3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
o The client should provide necessary papers works and documents with information of
the project.
o Staffs should be allowed to get more information if necessity.
o The client should provide a good working environment with us.

4. CONSULTANCY FEE

Works to be done.
1. Land use clearance from RAJUK
2. Construction permit approval from RAJUK.
3. Architectural working drawing.
4. Structural working drawing.
5. Electrical working drawing.
6. Plumbing working drawing.
7. Soil test ( 5-point/100 ft ).
8. Digital survey.
Total fee = 25,00,000/= (Twenty Five lac only.)

5. MODE OF PAYMENT
Work completion time for (B+G+9) storied residential building
Overall completion of work will be done within 6 month after received
of confirmed work order and advanced payment.
a. Starting of works/ Submitting for land clearance -100,000/= (one lac only) .
b. At construction meeting- 15,00,000/= ( fifteen lac only).
c. Receiving of all documents with working drawing- 900,000/=( nine lac only).
