District, HCM city. I recently graduated with a major in Information Technology
from Ho Chi Minh City Industry and Trade College. I hold a TOEIC certification,
which demonstrates my English knowledge. Although I only have tutoring
experience,

According to my teaching experience
_To children, I have to use constantly pictures, videos to help children Visualize
and memorize English vocabulary and grammar. I just need to teach simple
knowledge. Also, I often create funny games to make them feel interested in
studying English
_To teenagers, I need to improve their speaking skill a lot, encourage students to
read books, watch movies, listen to music and learn about English culture to help
them self-study and acquire more knowledge.
_To adult, I am required to teach them how to use English at work. I help them
how speak English with their customers, foreign cowoker politely. Teaching adult
requite teacher have a very good knowleadge in Business English.

I think the working environment is not suitable for me. They do not have teacher
training courses. They forced me to build my own lecture. I have to research how
to teach, how to build lessons myself. So I don't think this is the right place to
improve my teaching skills

One of my weaknesses is that I don’t have formal teaching experience yet.
However, I am flexible and adaptable, and very easy to nurture.

To be a qualified teacher, we need to have below qualifications
a/We SHOULD BE PASSIONATE ABOUT OUR JOB.
If we are bored with our profession, we can’t stimulate our students to acquire
knowledge. The class will be unhappy, and full of repetitive and non-inspiring
activities that won’t generate progress.
b/ strong communicators
Good communication skills make students able to approach the English subject in
a more enjoyable way that better supports their learning.
c/ WE SHOULD INSPIRE OUR STUDENTS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY
FOR THEIR LEARNING PROCESS.
Any student can learn anything. It’s just a matter of time and practice. We should
emphasize that we’re always there for our students, but students are responsible for
their learning progress.
We have to tell our students that If they don’t invest time and effort, they won’t be
able to see any growth in their language skills
d/ Enthusiasm
The most important factor of an English teacher. If we are not enthusiastic enough,
students can feel bored easily and do not have the motivation to study.

If my students don’t focus on the lecture, I will review if my imparting knowledge
method is attractive or not. Also, I don’t allow my students to use phones, eat
snacks, gossip, etc

If students do not finish their homework, I’ll figure out why they don’t do their
homework, whether they have difficulties in doing homework or not, etc
When I discover the reasons, I try to help students overcome difficulties as much
as I can, such as helping students solve hard exercises

I often use Blooket which is a gamified learning platform where teachers host
games through question sets and students answer on their own devices. This
website has a lot of interesting games like Factory, Tower Defense and so on

cười nói hoặc những hành vi khác?
Em sẽ xem xét mức độ gây rối, can thiệp bằng những hành động nhỏ trước.
Ví dụ như bằng lời nói, gõ vào mặt bàn để nhắc nhở,…
Nếu sau khi nhắc nhở, học sinh vẫn tiếp tục gây rối, làm mất trật tự, Em sẽ
thực hiện tách học sinh đó ra khỏi lớp học để hạn chế sự ảnh hưởng đến
những học sinh khác.
Nếu trường hợp sự gây rối mất trật tự đó ảnh hưởng, làm tổn thương đến các
em khác, Em sẽ thực hiện can thiệp ngay lập tức.
I will warn them do not to be disorderly(gây mất trật tự) in class. If they still don’t
listen to me, I will punish them by ask them clean up after school or talk with their
parents

When I took over the online English tutor position. I sometimes have to face
problems such as low internet speed, and technical faults. Moreover, it’s quite hard
to interact with my students when i teach online

I understand that your teaching method emphasizes TPR, or Total Physical Response.
This approach combines language learning with physical actions to help students engage
actively and understand more effectively. It’s especially useful for young learners, as it
makes lessons interactive, fun, and memorable by connecting words with movements.
Present the ideas regarding the lesson plan
First, I greet my students and introduce myself. And I get acquainted with my
students by starting small talk.
Second, I teach them new vocabularies that relate to the topic. In order for students
to remember new words, I ask them to repeat each word at least 3 times. Also, I
use Blooket which is a gamified learning platform in order to help students to
remember new vocabularies better in an enjoyable way.
Third, I Give students about 3 minutes to read themselves. If there are students
who are not good at pronunciation, I ask them to read out loud.
Then, I let students do exercises through my instruction. During the lecture, I try to
interact in English with my pupils as much as possible.
After the class is finished, I say goodbye to my students and assign homework for
them. Also, I evaluate my student’s performance
5. How do you feel about the requirement to upload recorded lessons for QA
checks?

consistency, and I’m comfortable with it. Feedback is an excellent opportunity for
me to improve and ensure that my teaching meets your center's standards."
Can you commit to a minimum of six months, teaching 2–3 times a week, and
during evening hours?

"Yes, I can. I find the schedule convenient, and I can arrange my availability to
ensure consistency for the students and the center."
How would you handle technical issues during an online class?
Example Answer:
"If I encounter technical issues, I would inform the student immediately and try to
resolve them as quickly as possible. If the issue persists, I’d contact technical
support or propose rescheduling the class to avoid wasting the student’s time.
How do you plan to improve your teaching skills?
Example Answer:
"I am always open to feedback from QA checks and students. I uasually watch
other experienced teachers’ videos, and continuously practice to improve my
pronunciation, lesson delivery, and teaching strategies."
What are your salary expectations?
Example Answer:
"I know the rate is 70k–100k per class based on the level. I am happy to start at the
base rate and work toward higher rates as I gain experience and demonstrate
quality teaching."
