NEXT-GEN MDF Manufacturing plant
Greenply MDF plant is one of the most advanced manufacturing set up in India exceeding global standards.
With quality at the heart of our product promise, we have collaborated with global technology leader Siempe-
lkamp Germany, for utilizing the state-of-the-art PRODIQ-NEO technology in our MDF board unit at Vadodra
in the state of Gujarat. The technology utilizes Artificial Intelligence to analyze myriad microfibers to deliver
each board with utmost precision thereby guaranteeing finest product quality, durability and performance.
The plant has an installed capacity to produce 800 cubic meters of MDF per day
It is a Green plant with IGBC Green Building Certification and uses Captive Hybrid power (solar & wind) for
50% of the power requirement at Kutch Gujarat. It works on Dryer with Buttner Design with high velocity
drying for low emission and low pollution. It uses the energy plant from Thermax with the best thermal
efficiency and with ESP system to reduce emissions & pollution control.
