SCRIPT UAS B.

INGGRIS

HRD: Good afternoon, Ulin. Thank you for taking the time to be here today. Are you ready?
Ulin:Good afternoon, sir. Thank you for the opportunity. I’m ready.
HRD:”Okay, can you tell me a little bit about yourself?”
Ulin: Okay. My name is Ulinn Amien Sutejo, and I am currently an active student majoring in
International Relations at the Veteran National Development University in Yogyakarta.
Outside of my academic background, I have a strong interest in data processing and analysis,
particularly how data can help with more objective and strategic decision-making.
My previous work experience has also accustomed me to working with targets, precision, and
responsibility.
HRD: Okay, next question. What made you interested in applying for the Data Analyst position at
Paragon Group?
Ulin: “I see Paragon Group as a company that is not only focused on business results, but also on
values and sustainability.
For me, data is not just numbers, but a tool for maintaining the quality of decisions. And I see Paragon’s
culture as being in line with this principle—making decisions responsibly and with a long-term
impact.”

HRD: “What do you consider to be your most relevant strengths for this position?”
Ulin: “I have an analytical and critical mindset, as well as a high level of curiosity.
When faced with a problem, I am accustomed to breaking it down into smaller parts, looking for
patterns, and then communicating the results in a simple way that is easy for the team to understand.
In addition, I am quite communicative, so I am comfortable working across roles and receiving
feedback.”

HRD: “What qualities make you stand out from others if you are accepted to work here, and what
values do you hold most important in your work?”

Ulin: Responsibility and honesty.

I believe trust is the foundation of teamwork. Once we consistently uphold our responsibilities,
the results will follow.

HRD: “Okay, Ulin, thank you for the explanation. Is there anything else you would like to say before
we finish?”

Ulin: I just want to say thank you for this opportunity.

Regardless of the outcome, this process has been very meaningful to me.

HRD:”Okay. We will contact you again. Good afternoon.”

Ulin: Good Afternoon
