1. Introduction
This Environmental, Social, Health & Safety Management Strategies and Implementation Plan
(ES-MSIP) outlines the strategies and actions that the Contractor and its subcontractors will implement
to ensure full compliance with environmental, social, health, and safety (ESHS) requirements, as
specified in Clauses 26–29 and 37.3 of the General Conditions of Contract. The plan is designed to
minimize risks, enhance safety, and promote sustainable and socially responsible practices throughout
the project lifecycle.

2. Objectives
