1. When the operation signs are the same: Keep the operation sign and add
up the absolute value of each number.
运算符号相同时：保留运算符号，将各数的绝对值相加。
2. When the operation signs are different: First compare the absolute
value of the numbers with different signs, and choose the operation
sign of the larger [Link] find the difference of the absolute
value of the numbers.
运算符号不同时：先比较符号不同的数的绝对值，选择较大数的运算符号，
然后求出各数绝对值的差。
3. Subtracting a number = Adding the opposite of the number.
减去一个数=加上该数的相反数
