moments, we begin a celebration four decades in the making. Please take
your seats and prepare to be part of a night filled with gratitude, pride, and
inspiration. The IMS 40th Year-End Celebration begins shortly.

Host #1: Good evening, everyone! My name is Host #1, and it is my honour
to welcome you to a truly historic night – forty years of dreams built,
milestones reached, and lives changed.
Host #2: Right you are, Dalton! I’m Rich, and let me just say, what a
beautiful sight! To see the entire IMS family gathered here once again,
together with our partners and dear friends who have walked with us through
this incredible journey.
Host #3: I’m Host #3, and tonight, we celebrate more than achievements;
we celebrate the people who made them possible.
Host #4: And I’m Eya. Together with my co-hosts, it’s our joy and privilege to
guide you through this evening of recognition, remembrance, and renewal.

being part of our 40-year story. Because of your passion and perseverance,

evening.

4. Video Presentation - A Tribute to IMS’ Legacy
Host #1: Thank you, Ma’am, for those inspiring words. Truly, your leadership
lights the way for all of us.
Host #2: To all our 5- and 10-year loyalty awardees, please proceed to the
side of the stage as we will begin our loyalty awarding ceremony soon.
Host #1: For forty years, IMS has been more than a company. It has been a
home, a purpose, a dream that keeps growing.
Host #2: Let’s look back at where it all began – at the people, the moments,
and the milestones that built our legacy.

stood with IMS through the years.

Host #1: What a wonderful start to our evening! Congratulations to all of our

Host #4: For the first time since 2019, IMS proudly opens a new chapter in its
leadership story, one that reflects not only growth, but also the faith that this
company continues to place in its people.
Host #3: Tonight, we celebrate the rise of a leader who, since his beginnings
at the company since the year 1993, has inspired teams, built bridges, and
helped light the way toward a stronger IMS. Please join us in welcoming…

12. Announcement of AMOM Trainee
Host #3: To our dearest MOMs, AMOMs, AVP for Operations, and SVP for
Operations, please proceed to the stage for another special announcement.
Host #4: Tonight, we also proudly introduce our new Assistant Marketing
Operations Manager Trainee, who will soon begin her journey of training and
mentorship, with the goal of officially taking on the managerial role upon its
completion.

we are, and how far we’ve come.

two decades of dedication, perseverance, and unwavering faith in IMS’s
mission and people.
Host #3: He joined us back in 2001, when IMS was still carving its path —
and through the years, he stood as a pillar of consistency, excellence, and
heart.
Host #4: A four-time Megamillion Awardee, a mentor to many, and the proud
manager of the IMS Falcons during our 2025 Sportsfest.
Host #3: It has been years since IMS last celebrated the rise of a new
Marketing Operations Manager. And tonight, that long-awaited moment has
finally come.
