Payment Terms and Details:
1) Payment 01 – 50% as Advance against Proforma Invoice.
2) Payment 02 – 50% of Balance Amount against Invoice on submission of Draft Report.
3) All payments to be made within 7 days from the date of Proforma Invoice/Invoice.
4) TDS to be deducted as applicable.
5) The studies will be planned and initiated after receipt of the signed study contract, test
article, reference article, method of analysis and all necessary test article information
(Data Sheet, Certificate of Analysis, Etc.,) from the sponsor.
6) Completed reports will be mailed in soft (PDF Format) copies.
Cancellation Charges:
a) 20% of price - If cancelled after confirmation of the contract;
b) 50% of price – If cancelled after protocol submission;
c) 75% of price – If cancelled after the start of the study.
Contract Agreement - The endorsement of this document shall be treated as acceptance of terms
&conditions and the sponsor confirms the contract of the studies by signing this document and
also by releasing the Work Order for the same.
