How to use
1. I like to start off the lesson by building the lessons
activity ahead of time on my document camera for
the students. I only do one worksheet a lesson.
For example, if I am giving the students the planets
activity, I will either show them an already
prepared worksheet or complete with them
watching.
2. Then I give the activity of the day to the students.
It is best that they color first, then cut.
3. Once everyone has it colored and cut, they take
out their interactive notebook and glue the pieces
down. (I have done these activities in past years
on colored paper or construction paper if I did not
have an entire notebook dedicated to the subject.
4. Each page that has small white tabs connected to
the pictures is the glue only tabs. This ensures
students can flap open the pictures to write
information behind it. (as shown in example
pictures)
5. Use this interactive notebook to fit your students
needs however you see fit! Enjoy!
