INTRODUCTION

TEACHER SCRIPT:

"Magandang araw class!
Strategies Using Tools of Technology."

tamang communication strategies.”

LESSON 1: PRESENTATIONS AS MODES OF COMMUNICATION

A. What is an Oral Presentation?

SCRIPT:

Kailangan may plano, may visuals, at may clear structure. Hindi puwedeng basta salita lang.

B. Types of Presentations

1. Explanatory Presentation

SCRIPT:

Example: Scientist explaining a new medicine to hospital workers.”

2. Descriptive Presentation

SCRIPT:

“When you report on the progress of a project, for example an environmental clean-up, this is a
descriptive presentation.

3. Persuasive Presentation

SCRIPT:

"Kapag gusto mong kumbinsihin ang audience—like sales pitch or safety proposal—persuasive
presentation ang gamit.

C. Planning and Organizing a Presentation

1. Consider the Audience, Delivery Method, and Venue

SCRIPT:

"Before making a presentation, one has to know their audience. Who are they? What should
they know?

Prezi? Or
purely verbal?

At syempre, saan ka magpe-present? Classroom? Online? Seminar room?”

2. Presentation Structure

SCRIPT:

"An effective presentation will have four parts:

Introduction

Body

Closing

Question & Answer

Hindi pwedeng anything goes. May flow dapat.”

How to connect?

Show why the topic is relevant.
