Terms and Conditions of Sale:
1. The vehicle is sold on “as is where is” basis unless specified herein.
2. Booking amount to be minimum 10% of Sale of price of the car.
3. Payment to be made in favor of Autonity. All payments by Cheques/DD/Pay order are subject to realization of the same. Vehicles
shall be handed over only after credit of the full payment.
4. Possession of car and relevant documents will be made available only after full and final payment received by Autonity.
5. The Dealer acknowledges that the car is purchased by Him/Her and undertakes to make the balance payment within 2 days, failing
which the deal shall stand cancelled and booking amount shall stand forfeited.
6. Dealer to take delivery of car within 2 working days after making full payment.
7. Autonity has made reasonable efforts to verify original documents of the car. However, Autonity does not take any responsibility or
liability of authenticity of these documents.
8. Autonity does not guarantee the correctness of odometer reading. It is possible that it may have changed during its previous
ownership for which we assume no responsibility or liability.
9. Dealer is responsible for transferring registration certificate of car to the consumer within 90 days. Autonity do not take any liability
and ownership of registration transfer.
10. The above vehicle is meant only for resale and must not be used for any personal or commercial purpose by the dealer.
11. Once car is sold will not be taken back, No guarantee on the electronics of the car.
